This study tests whether a structured training program on energy conservation techniques can help people with COPD manage fatigue and breathlessness during daily activities like bathing and dressing. Researchers will compare the training group to a control group, measuring changes in daily living skills, fatigue levels, and exercise capacity. The study aims to enroll 70 adults over 40 with advanced COPD.
