Summary

This study tests different programs to help people at high risk for cancer (such as those with BRCA or Lynch syndrome) or cancer survivors increase their physical activity and eat healthier. The goal is to see which program works best to improve waist size and overall health, which may lower cancer risk. About 337 participants will take part in one of several pilot programs.
