Summary
This study tested a program called PEEPS for people with endometriosis-related pelvic pain. Over eight weeks, participants attended group sessions led by a pain psychologist, physical therapist, and yoga instructor, focusing on peer support, education, and mindfulness. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain interference and improve quality of life. 35 people took part in the completed trial.
