Summary
This study looked at 56 women with endometriosis to see if severe pain during deep sex is linked to a condition called central sensitization, where the nervous system becomes extra sensitive to pain. Participants filled out surveys and had pain-pressure tests over 6 weeks. The goal was to better understand the pain, not to test a new treatment.
