Summary
This study compares three surgical treatments for endometriomas (ovarian cysts from endometriosis) in 332 women aged 18–43 who want to get pregnant. Participants are randomly assigned to cystectomy, plasma vaporization, or sclerotherapy. The main goal is to see how many become pregnant within 24 months after surgery, along with birth rates, cyst return, and pain changes.
