Summary
This study tested over 1,000 women with endometrial cancer for DNA changes that can guide personalized treatment and identify Lynch syndrome, an inherited condition that raises cancer risk. Researchers also offered testing to relatives of those found to have Lynch syndrome. The goal was to improve care and help families understand their cancer risk.
