Do microscopic cancer cells in lymph nodes predict recurrence?

Summary
This study aims to understand whether finding very small clusters of cancer cells in the first lymph nodes near the uterus affects the chance of cancer returning in patients with low-risk endometrial cancer. Researchers will follow 212 patients who have already had surgery and have these tiny cells, but received no additional treatment. The goal is to gather information to help guide future care decisions by comparing outcomes to historical patient data.
