New registry tracks Real-World safety of diabetes device

Summary
This study is a registry that collects long-term safety information from people with type 2 diabetes who have already been treated with the Endogenex System. Researchers will track device- and procedure-related side effects over time. About 500 participants will provide their medical records and attend follow-up visits. The goal is to better understand the real-world safety of this treatment.
