Chatbot coach aims to boost breast cancer Follow-Up in underserved women

Summary

This study is testing whether a digital chatbot can help underserved women better understand their mammogram results and follow through with recommended care. About 2,700 women who recently had a mammogram will be randomly assigned to get usual care or usual care plus the chatbot. The goal is to see if the chatbot improves screening adherence and follow-up testing.
