Summary

This study is testing a serious video game designed to help teenagers aged 12 to 16 develop emotional skills and improve their quality of life. The game includes special modules for teens with type 1 diabetes, asthma, food allergies, or allergic rhinitis. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, emotional problems, and coping skills over about 8 weeks.
