Summary
This study aims to collect standard medical test data from adults with nerve or muscle disorders to build a research database. Participants will undergo routine tests like nerve conduction studies and muscle ultrasounds during 1-2 clinic visits. The collected information will be stored anonymously to help researchers generate ideas for future studies on these conditions.
