Summary
This study looks at two non-drug treatments for enlarged prostate in men aged 60-75. One uses electromagnetic field therapy, the other uses aerobic exercise. The goal is to see which works better to shrink the prostate and ease urinary symptoms. 75 men with moderate symptoms will take part.
