Summary

This study looks at two non-drug ways to help older men with an enlarged prostate. It compares electromagnetic field therapy, a gentle treatment using energy waves, to aerobic exercise like walking or cycling. The goal is to see which works better to shrink the prostate and ease urinary symptoms. 75 men aged 60-75 with moderate symptoms will take part.
