NCT ID NCT05424081

First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026

Summary

This study tested a self-help tool called EMBER to see if it helps veterans with obesity take part in VA weight management programs. About 470 veterans were randomly assigned to receive EMBER or just a list of programs. Researchers checked how many used the programs after 2 and 6 months. The goal was to make it easier for veterans to start and stick with weight loss support.
