Summary
This study is testing a drug called emapalumab in people with APECED, a rare autoimmune disease that attacks the small intestine. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce gut inflammation and improve symptoms like diarrhea and pain. Participants will receive the drug through an IV over several months and be monitored for safety and changes in their condition.
