New hope for rare disease patients with severe gut problems

Summary
This study is testing if a drug called emapalumab can help control severe intestinal inflammation in people with APECED, a rare autoimmune disease. Up to 10 participants, aged 2 to 75, will receive the drug through an IV over several months. The main goal is to see if it safely reduces gut symptoms and improves quality of life.
