Summary
This study tested whether the drug eltrombopag can help platelets recover faster in people with bone marrow failure who had a stem cell transplant. 118 participants received the drug to see if it reduced the time to stable platelet counts. The goal was to lower the need for transfusions and improve recovery after transplant.
