Summary
This study compares doing neck exercises and electrotherapy at home via video calls (telerehabilitation) versus going to a clinic in person. One hundred adults with chronic neck pain will be split into two groups and treated for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and quality of life to see if remote care works as well as face-to-face sessions.
