Summary
This study tests whether doing neck exercises and electrotherapy at home via video calls works as well as going to a clinic. One hundred adults with chronic neck pain will be split into two groups: one receives treatment remotely, the other in person. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation is a good alternative for managing pain and improving function.
