Summary

This trial tests whether a daily electrolyte supplement can improve perceived hydration and energy levels in women who have been feeling low on both. Forty women aged 18 and older will take two tablets a day for four weeks and report their experiences through questionnaires. The study aims to see if this simple supplement could be a helpful addition to daily wellness routines.
