Summary

This trial tests whether a daily supplement called Hello Burn, Balance can improve symptoms linked to hormone imbalance, such as low energy and unhealthy eating habits. Forty women aged 25 and older will take the supplement for four weeks and report their symptoms through questionnaires. The study aims to see if the supplement supports better energy, metabolism, and food choices.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only, not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance
A dietary supplement containing selenium, chromium, L-carnitine, and green tea extract, taken as two capsules daily.
What this could lead to
If effective, this supplement could offer a natural way to ease hormone-related symptoms like low energy and unhealthy eating habits.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage study with no placebo group, so results may not be conclusive or generalizable. The supplement may not work for everyone.
