Summary
This study tests whether electroacupuncture (acupuncture with mild electric pulses) can reduce central obesity and fatty liver in postmenopausal women aged 50-60. Sixty women with obesity and elevated liver enzymes will receive 12 weeks of treatment. Researchers will measure changes in waist size, BMI, and liver health markers.
