Summary
This study will test if electroacupuncture (acupuncture with mild electric pulses) can help postmenopausal women lose belly fat and improve fatty liver. Sixty women aged 50-60 with obesity and high liver enzymes will receive 12 weeks of treatment. Researchers will measure changes in weight, waist size, and blood markers of liver health.
