Summary
This study tests whether low-frequency electroacupuncture can reduce pain, numbness, and improve quality of life in people with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. About 92 adults will receive either real or sham electroacupuncture for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure nerve function, pain levels, and blood markers to see if this safe, non-drug approach works.
