Summary

This study tests if electrical stimulation applied to the pelvic floor (either internally or externally) can help women with overactive bladder who haven't responded to medication. 63 women will be split into three groups: one gets internal stimulation plus bladder training, another gets external stimulation plus training, and a third gets only bladder training. The goal is to see which approach best reduces urine leaks and improves daily life.
