Summary
This study tests if electrical stimulation applied to the vaginal area or the perineum (the area between the vagina and anus) can help women with overactive bladder. 63 women will be split into three groups: one gets vaginal stimulation plus bladder training, another gets perineal stimulation plus training, and the third gets only bladder training. The goal is to see which approach reduces urine leaks and improves quality of life over 8 weeks.
