Summary

This study looks at whether adding high-dose vitamin D to standard care (medication and behavior therapy) helps children with overactive bladder who have wetting accidents. About 180 children aged 5 and older with low vitamin D levels will take part. The goal is to see if this combination helps more kids achieve complete dryness and improves their quality of life.
