First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding elastic band exercises to a standard warm-up helps female football players sprint faster and jump higher. Twenty-two highly trained players will try three different warm-up routines on separate days. Their sprint times and jump power will be measured right after and 10 minutes later to see which warm-up works best.
