First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding elastic band exercises to a warm-up helps female football players sprint faster and jump higher. Twenty-two highly trained players will try three different warm-up routines on separate days. Their sprint times and jump heights will be measured right after the warm-up and again 10 minutes later. The goal is to find the best warm-up sequence for improving short-term athletic performance.
