First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 14-week elastic band exercise program can improve muscle mass, strength, and physical function in people aged 50 and older with heart failure and sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Researchers will also explore how the program affects symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to see if this simple, home-friendly training can help manage a common complication of heart failure.
