Blood test may spot hidden cancer months before scans

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test that looks for cancer DNA can find returning triple-negative breast cancer earlier than standard check-ups. Thirty people who finished treatment for stage II or III TNBC will be randomly assigned to usual follow-up or usual follow-up plus regular blood tests. If the blood test shows signs of cancer, extra scans will be done. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and could lead to better survival and quality of life in a future larger trial.
