Blood test may spot hidden cancer return months before scans

Summary

This study tests whether regular blood tests (ctDNA) can detect the return of triple-negative breast cancer earlier than standard follow-up. Thirty participants who finished treatment will be randomly assigned to usual care or usual care plus blood tests. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and could lead to better survival and quality of life.
