Summary
This study tests a daily supplement made from eggshell membrane to see if it can reduce facial wrinkles and improve skin hydration and elasticity. Sixty healthy adults aged 30 to 55 will take either the supplement or a placebo for 60 days. Researchers will measure skin changes using 3D imaging and moisture meters, and participants will report how their skin feels.
