Summary
This study is checking the safety of a high-dose flu vaccine called Efluelda in adults aged 65 and older in South Korea. About 670 participants will receive one shot and be monitored for side effects for about a month. The goal is to see how often reactions like injection site pain or other symptoms occur under routine medical care.
