Could a common drug help fight rare bone cancers?

Summary
This study tests whether adding eflornithine (DFMO) to standard chemotherapy can help teens and young adults with Ewing sarcoma or osteosarcoma live longer without their cancer coming back. About 406 participants will join one of five groups based on their cancer type and stage. The goal is to see if this added treatment improves survival and is safe.
