Summary

This study tests a drug called efgartigimod in 5 adults with IgG4-related disease, a condition that causes swelling in glands and organs. Participants receive weekly injections for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug reduces swelling in the tear glands, saliva glands, or pancreas, and how it affects symptoms.
