NCT ID NCT06890689
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks back at two years of dental records to see how effective a standard deep cleaning procedure (called scaling and root planing) is for treating gum pockets that are 5 to 8 millimeters deep. Researchers will analyze data from 110 patients treated by dental students. The goal is to confirm earlier findings and better understand which pocket depths respond best to treatment.
