NCT ID NCT06837259

First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This completed Phase 1 study looked at how two common drugs—cyclosporine (an immunosuppressant) and clarithromycin (an antibiotic)—affect the levels of a new medicine called PF-07328948 in the body. Twenty-six healthy adults received PF-07328948 alone and then with cyclosporine or clarithromycin. The goal was to understand drug interactions, not to treat any disease.
