First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at whether showing people their real-time blood sugar levels (using a continuous glucose monitor) changes how much they value a milk drink made with mulberry leaf extract. About 170 non-diabetic Chinese adults aged 45-75 took part. The goal was to see if seeing the drink's effect on blood sugar made people think it was more beneficial.
