Summary
This study tests a program called ED LINC, which provides coordinated care starting in the emergency department for people with opioid use disorder. The program helps connect patients to medication and support services to reduce illicit opioid use and emergency visits. About 500 adults with moderate to severe opioid use disorder will take part, comparing the program to usual care over one year.
