Inclusion Criteria: * 1\. Age 18 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with moderate-to-severe acute respiratory distress syndrome according to the global definition of ARDS. Exclusion Criteria: \- 1. Patients with tracheostomy before screening. 2. Patients who have received lung transplantation or are receiving venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation as a bridge to lung transplantation. 3\. Patients with cardiogenic shock requiring venoarterial ECMO or venoarterial-venous ECMO support.
