Summary
This study looks at whether giving pregnant women a heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) during routine check-ups can reduce serious problems like death, heart failure, or low baby health scores. About 9,000 pregnant women in Nepal are taking part. The goal is to find hidden heart disease early and improve outcomes for both mothers and babies.
