New exercise method may boost strength in heart failure patients

Summary

This study compares a special exercise program (eccentric training) to standard cardiac rehab in people with heart failure and reduced pumping ability. The goal is to see if the new training improves muscle strength and daily function better than usual care. About 3 participants will be enrolled to test feasibility and effectiveness.
