Can when you eat control your health? study tests day vs. night eating
NCT ID NCT06735859
Summary
This study is investigating whether restricting daily eating to specific time windows can help people with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity better manage their health. Participants will be assigned to either a daytime eating schedule or a nighttime eating schedule and will receive nutritional guidance and regular check-ups over 18 months. The goal is to see if meal timing affects blood sugar control, weight, heart disease risk, and sleep quality.
