First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests if a personalized, app-based exercise program can reduce symptoms like heart flutters and shortness of breath in people with atrial fibrillation (AF). Researchers will enroll 120 adults with AF who are not very active. Participants will use a sensor to track activity and receive tailored exercise guidance. The goal is to see if this digital approach improves symptom severity and quality of life.
