Summary
This study tests whether early use of a special pacemaker (left bundle branch pacing) can improve heart function better than standard medications in people with heart failure whose heart pumps slightly less than normal. The trial involves 36 adults with symptoms despite medication. Researchers will measure changes in heart pumping strength and chamber size over six months.
