Summary
This study tests whether a special type of heart pacemaker, called left bundle branch pacing, can improve heart function more than standard medications in people with heart failure and mildly reduced pumping ability. The trial involves 36 adults with heart failure symptoms and a specific heart blockage pattern. Researchers will measure changes in heart pumping strength and chamber size after 6 months.
