First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study is testing whether combining a standard CA125 blood test with other blood markers can help detect ovarian cancer earlier in women at low risk. Researchers will track changes in these markers over time in 8,000 postmenopausal women aged 50-75 who have at least one ovary and no current cancer. The goal is to improve early detection, when treatment may be more effective.
