First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study aims to see if combining the standard CA125 blood test with other tumor markers can help detect ovarian cancer earlier in women who are at low risk. About 8,000 postmenopausal women aged 50-75 who have at least one ovary and are cancer-free will give blood samples over time. Depending on their results, they may need follow-up blood tests or an ultrasound.
