Summary

This study looks at whether giving fluids and a blood pressure medication early can prevent kidney injury in adults with septic shock, a life-threatening infection. About 100 participants will receive a standard treatment plan. Researchers will measure kidney function and blood pressure changes to see if this approach helps protect the kidneys.
